In short

What is corporate email?

Corporate email is email that uses your company's own domain — [email protected] — instead of a free personal address. The company owns the domain and therefore every mailbox on it: it can create and close accounts, reset passwords and keep correspondence when people leave. BigMail.uz provides corporate email as a hosted service: you bring or buy a domain, we publish the mail records and run the mail server.

Why companies move to corporate email

A company address is more than branding. It is control, security and deliverability.

Every address belongs to the company

Mailboxes live on your domain, not in personal accounts. When someone leaves, you reset the password and the mailbox — with its history — stays with the business.

Mail that reaches the inbox

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are generated for your domain and checked in the console, so receiving servers can verify that your messages really come from you.

One console for the whole company

Add domains, create mailboxes, reset passwords and manage billing from a single admin console. No IT department required.

Security built into the login

Optional two-factor authentication protects webmail and the apps; per-app passwords let you lock Outlook or Apple Mail to credentials you can revoke one at a time.

Works with the tools you already use

Use the webmail in a browser or connect Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and phone mail apps over standard IMAP and SMTP.

Rules that apply everywhere

Filters, auto-replies and blocked senders run on the mail server itself, so they work no matter which app or device reads the mailbox.

What every plan includes

The same mail platform on every plan — plans differ only in how many domains and mailboxes you can add.

  • Mailboxes on your own domain ([email protected])
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC records generated and verified for you
  • Webmail that works in any modern browser
  • Works with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and phone mail apps over IMAP and SMTP
  • Two-factor authentication and per-app passwords for mail clients
  • Server-side filters, auto-reply and blocked senders that work in every app
  • Spam filtering that files junk into a separate folder
  • One admin console for domains, mailboxes, passwords and billing
  • Buy a new domain or connect one you already own
  • Encrypted connections (TLS) for webmail, IMAP and SMTP
  • Desktop apps for macOS and Windows, and mobile apps for iPhone and Android

Free email address vs. email on your own domain

A free address costs nothing up front. Here is what it costs a company later.

Aspect Free personal address BigMail.uz on your domain
What customers see [email protected] [email protected]
Who controls the address The person who registered it Your company, through its domain
When an employee leaves The mailbox and its history leave with them You reset the password and keep the mailbox
Sender authentication Signed for the provider's domain, not yours SPF, DKIM and DMARC published for your own domain
Administration Every account managed separately All mailboxes in one admin console
First impression Looks like a side project Looks like an established business

From signup to your first email

Four steps. Most teams send from their own domain on day one.

  1. Choose a plan

Minimal and Main include a 5-day free trial — no card to start. Pro charges when you subscribe. Pick what fits the team, then go.

  2. Add your domain

Connect a domain you already own, or buy a new one through BigMail. We finish the DNS and mail records either way.

  3. Create mailboxes

Add [email protected] for each person from the admin console. Reset passwords and manage access as the team grows.

  4. Start sending

Open webmail and send as your company. Delivery authentication is already in place.

Frequently asked questions

How much does corporate email cost?

Plans start from 67900 UZS a month when billed yearly. Every plan includes the full mail platform; plans differ only in how many domains and mailboxes you can add. Minimal and Main come with a 5-day free trial and no card is needed to start.

Do I need my own domain for corporate email?

Yes — corporate email is defined by your own domain. If you already have one, connect it by adding the DNS records we show you. If not, you can search for and buy a domain inside the admin console, and we configure all of its mail records automatically.

Can I move our existing company mailboxes?

Yes. Create the same addresses in the admin console, point your domain's MX record to us, and connect each mailbox in a mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird to copy older messages across. Our support team can help plan the switch.

Is corporate email more secure than free email?

It gives the company control that free accounts do not. You decide who has a mailbox, you can reset or suspend access instantly, two-factor authentication is available for every mailbox, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC make it much harder for anyone to send mail pretending to be your domain.

Can employees use Outlook or their phone?

Yes. Besides webmail, every mailbox works with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the built-in mail app on iPhone and Android over IMAP and SMTP. Filters and auto-replies still apply because they run on the server.

How long does it take to set up corporate email?

Most companies are sending from their own domain the same day. Signup takes a few minutes; the only wait is for your DNS changes to propagate, which is usually under an hour and at most 48 hours. Domains bought through us are configured automatically.
